We highly recommend making an appointment to ensure you receive the best possible service. While we do accept walk-ins, availability may vary. Our hours are Tuesday and Thursday, and we look forward to seeing you soon!

Applying is super easy! You can complete your application online at your convenience. We give you several ways to apply online through our website.  If you need any assistance along the way, just reach out!

Once you upload all the necessary information, we’ll work on your application quickly! Approval typically takes anywhere from just 24 -72 hours. We’ll keep you in the loop throughout the process!

Yes, we do! We offer lease options ranging from 3 to 12 months. Please note that shorter leases may include additional fees.

Residents can conveniently pay online through our resident portal. You can make one-time payments or even set up auto-pay for added ease!

Yes, renter's insurance is required. We offer a policy for $10.95 per month, but you can also provide your own policy that meets our requirements to avoid this charge.

Currently, all utilities are the resident's responsibility, so they’re not included in your rent. 

Setting up utilities is simple! For electricity, you’ll want to contact Comed. All other utilities are managed through Conservice and will be applied to your ledger.

Our community is equipped for cable and internet services through Xfinity.

The Hinsdale offers a scenic grilling area, two lakes on 7 acres, superior school districts, rentable garages, complimentary storage (in select units), laundry facilities in each building, private entrances, upgraded interiors, dishwashers (in select units), in-unit washers and dryers (in select units), balconies with lake views, and more!

Yes, ample parking is available in our lot, and we also offer a limited number of garages for rent.

We offer in-unit washers and dryers in select apartments, as well as conveniently located laundry rooms in each building with commercial-grade machines.

Pet Policy

Yes, our community is pet-friendly, welcoming both cats and dogs! We have walking trails, sidewalks, and pet stations throughout the property. Please note that there are breed restrictions for certain dogs, including Pit Bull Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, and a few others. Contact leasing for full details.

The nearest grocery store is Hinsdale Food Mart, within walking distance. Whole Foods is 1.4 miles away, Jewel Osco is 1.5 miles, The Fruit Store is 1.6 miles, and both Kramer Foods and Burhop's are 1.8 miles away.

Maintenance

Yes, we have on-site maintenance from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, along with 24-hour emergency maintenance available year-round.

For non-emergency issues, please submit a work order via the resident portal or mobile app, or call during business hours. For emergencies, call the office and select option '3' to reach emergency maintenance.
